Document Preparation

Mediation and Family Law Documents serves clients who choose to represent themselves in their legal matters without legal advice. Some clients cannot afford the high cost of legal fees. Some clients simply choose to do it themselves. With the maze of documents required in Family Law proceedings, our clients need help. That's where we come in.

We tailor our services to your specific needs. We meet with you and professionally prepare your legal documents.

Whether our clients live out of the county, out of state, or out of the country, we prepare their documents and have fluid communication.

In some matters, at your direction, our staff will complete a subpoena for discovery of bank or employment records, or prepare interrogatories and requests for production of documents.

Why Do We Stay With You? Because most people know the basics of what they want to achieve, but correctly preparing all of the required documents is a daunting task. Family Law is a maze of legal forms. An individual can be quickly overwhelmed by the number of forms to complete, how to file them, and when they are due.
